Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost. You will not be required to return the item.

Non-returnable items 

We do not accept returns for custom or personalized products, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please place a new order and return the original item if eligible.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period 

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with proof of purchase.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
